[Metal molds]
The manufacture of various metal molds are possible in Sanjo. There are various kinds, mainly for plastics injection molding, metal mold pressing, forging, lost-wax process and die casting. As for plastics injection molding, there are super large types (more than 5t), middle range types (3〜5t) and precision molding metal mold (less than 3t). Using this precision molding, we can manufacture metal molds for magnesium products which are used for the manufacture of digital camera bodies and cell phones. There are three types of metal molds for metal mold pressing and they are progressive types, molds for robot use, and molds for pipes and wire nettings. There are two types of metal molds for forging and they are for hot forging and cold forging. As for product materials we use general iron, steel, tin plate, stainless steel, aluminium, copper, pipes and wire nettings.
