[Forging]

The forging industry of Sanjo has one of the oldest histories in Japan. There are various kinds of forgings and they are hot forging (the heating temperature is between 1150 degrees and 1250 degrees), warm forging (the heating temperature is between 600 degrees and 800 degrees) and cold forging (without heating). Hot forging is mainly used in Sanjo. Our principal products are sprocket idler rollers, automobile related connecting rod mission gears, crank shafts arm cam shafts for agricultural machinery and tools, fork knuckle couplings, connecting rod rocker arms for ships and vessels. Each member company does not manufacture its own brand goods but manufactures small items as well as large items with each technology and equipment in order to meet the needs of our customers.
