[Chemical and synthetic materials]

Regarding its processing method, the plastics industry is relatively new. The plastics industry of Niigata prefecture has been developed centering on Sanjo. Among its main methods are injection molding, vacuum molding, inflation molding, blow molding and vinyl processing. We have various processed products such as automobile parts, home electric appliance parts, industrial parts, sharp edged tools of the local products and household miscellaneous articles for everyday use. Recently increasing are medical equipment related and telecommunication equipment related products. There are various kinds of equipment in operation from small precision molding machines with a mold clamping force of 10t to super large molding machines with a mold clamping force of 6500t around the clock. Our alpha and omega is that we can deal with all manufacturing operations from product planning to completed products in this area.
